My approach to price is to keep is as simple and as transparent as possible, so your package price is based only on the number of hours you book and any sessions that you decide to add. All fees, taxes, and expenses related to your services are already factored in, so y’all do not have to worry about surprise costs, and I don’t have to do extra math.

Travel

Travel packages start at $4200* for 8 hours of coverage for any wedding outside the Memphis Metro Area. Additional hours can be added at $400/hour. Rehearsal dinners are included in all travel packages, and other additional sessions (Welcome Party, Day After Brunch, etc.) can be added at $600/session.

Distances that require more than an 8 hour drive (meaning an overnight stay along the way) start at $5200. And distances that require a flight start at $6200.

Included in ALL travel packages, regardless of hours is a second photographer and a custom photography timeline. Engagement sessions cannot be guaranteed for all travel packages without some additional costs.

Photos are delivered in an online gallery in both color and black and white, with the option to download high resolution files, build your own albums, and order high quality prints.

Any accommodations, flights, or other travel expenses will be factored into your package before you sign your contract. I do not ask for additional payments for hotels, gas, or other expenses after we have agreed on a price.

*Nashville, Chattanooga, Jackson MS, Chicago, and Los Angeles start at $3800.

FAQs

1. How long does it take to receive our gallery? At most, an engagement session will take 4 weeks, and a wedding 15 weeks to deliver.

2. How many photos will we receive? Total photos delivered is dependent on how many hours you book (8 hours typically yields 700-900 photos), and your timeline. If you have a big crazy dance floor you’ll likely get more photos in your gallery than if you have a sit down reception.

3. Can we book fewer than 8 hours for a wedding? Typically, I do not book less than a full day of wedding photography coverage, so I can capture each wedding to its fullest. But depending on my availability and what date you would like to book for, I may be able to create a smaller package.

4. Do you offer discounts? Currently, I do not offer any discounts.

5. Do we need a second shooter? Yes. I never shoot solo anymore because of how much value a second photographer brings to a wedding day. You have an automatic back up, multiple angles of main events like the ceremony or first dance, and an extra creative eye.

6. Do we need an engagement session? An engagement session is not mandatory, but I offer it at no extra cost because it is the BEST way for us to get to know each other before the wedding, and it will help you feel more comfortable in front of the camera. It also will not affect your package price if you opt not to have one.
